Intro :)))

Hi everybody!
First of all, a warm welcome!  I'm going to introduce myself, I'm an Italian girl, keen on foreign languages and cultures. I always loved food, and growing up, I had chances to meet lots of foreign people, and as soon as I could, I left my country to enjoy other lifestyles and to experience different ways of living. Everyone of us, going abroad, or just living our homeregion, can experience how food is different, how eating habits change, and find out that what's normal to eat for you, can be not that usual for other people. Anyway, the food can describe and represent a lot of a population and of a culture, their way of thinking and so on.
The main reason to open a blog about "my" food and recipies, is to be known, and to let other people know lots of tasty dishes and often not that much considered foods.
My dream is to open my own restaurant, in which people can try different kind of foods and dishes, something exotic. Usually people from my country think Italian food is the best, and nothing else can be like ours. Yes, Italian food is great, one of the best I tried I have to admit it, but this doesn't mean you have to avoid or not ty other dishes, and new food combinations and blends.
As I wrote, they can be unusual and different from your eating habits or your traditional cuisine, but why not to try? Moreover, when you try another kind of food, you must not compare it with the one you already know, but taste it as if it is the first time you taste a meal. Just eat it, just try it and see if you like it. Why shouldn't you compare it with your traditional homemade cuisine? Because exotic dishes are coming from different environments and living habits, it's result of ages and ages, it's part of a culture and population different from yours.
Now, have a look at the blog, go through the pics I'm going to post, and I hope to make you say "yes" when your friends will ask you to join them in your local Chinese, Indian, Jamaican, Hawaian, Italian, Nepalese, Japanese, Sri Lanka, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Danish, British, Swedish, Norvegian, Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, German, French, Spanish, Portugueise, Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish, Albanian, Croatian, Serbian, Belgian, Dutch, or whichever is in the nearby.
Please, feel free to leave comments, suggestions, or whatever you'd like to say about my blog.
